St. David’s will host the annual NFCC Thanksgiving Meals distribution beginning Monday, November 15, through Sunday, November 21. During this week, St. David's will welcome 700 families and hundreds of volunteers from the Roswell area.
We need Parking Lot Ambassadors to direct cars into our main and back parking lots. We also need Snack Table Hosts to tend the snack table for the many hard working volunteers who are making sure families receive food for a Thanksgiving meal.
You may choose any day and shift you prefer, and please consider more than shift. The shifts are short, usually 3 to 4 hours. There will be tents set up in the main and back parking lots to keep you comfortable, rain or shine, and we will provide a chair.
Volunteering is easy. A Volunteer Table will be in the hallway at St. David’s on Sunday, October 31, and again on November 7,at all three services, or you may email Shelby Crain to choose a time that fits into your schedule. Click link to see Days/Times/Tasks.
