A Message from the Stewardship Committee

Over the last year, St. David’s has continued to sustain its vital ministries, while making good on new opportunities for faithfulness. Your vestry, staff, and ministry leaders have been great stewards of the funds you’ve entrusted to their care. Building upon the foundation of that stewardship, we’ve increased our capacity for ministry through improved technology, better infrastructure, new staff members in key roles, and several new ministries for members and with our ministry partners.

Your church has been a leader in the community, demonstrating the love of Christ. Our discipleship programming is thriving. All of this is because of your faithfulness to God’s mission for this church. Thank you!

In 2025, we seek stability and strategic growth in key areas. The headwinds of inflation and the environment of change in the world provide a challenge that we must meet. We’re counting on you for support, so that we can all grow together, walk in love, and shine a brighter light.

In 2024, half of the nearly 600 households at St. David’s made a pledge. Your church needs your commitment to make sure we can all be rooted and grounded in love at St. David’s. Last year, people like you pledged $1.5 Million in support. Here’s how we got there:

Your participation in the financial support of St. David’s is critical, and not just to the church. When we are good stewards, our gifts honor God, neighbor, and the deepest commitments of the giver. Your church family does amazing things, from sending kids to summer camp and supporting families in need, to supporting our community of faith. That funding that makes our ministry possible and comes from good stewards, like you.

Over the last few years, we have made incremental increases to our annual revenue not quite keeping pace with inflation:

2023: $1.455 million pledged
2024: $1.50 million pledged
2025: $1.525 million goal

What Next?

If St. David’s can meet or exceed its pledge goal for 2025, we can expect:

New fellowship opportunities for increased heart-to-heart connections.
Expanded congregational care ministries.
